After you navigate to Vehicles in the top menu bar, you see the list of vehicles with details like photo, brand/model/line, VIN, license plate, first registration date, age & mileage, car status, tracker, last position, no. of cases/car checks/docs/pictures, order date.
You are able to use the search bar to find vehicles by VIN, license plate, brand, model, or order number.
You are able to filter vehicles between All Locations and Tracked Vehicles.
You are able to view tracking vehicles section with no data or map if applicable.
You are able to view tracking events for the selected vehicle.
You are able to view summary information on the right, including number of cars by type (showroom, disposed, transferred, regional compound), number of tracked cars.
You click the pencil icon next to a vehicle image to open the detail view for editing.
In the vehicle detail view, you edit basic info like make, series, model, mileage, VIN, DAT code, engine type, fuel, transmission, colors, plate number, registration date/country.
You are able to enter or update fields like Make, Car line, Series, Model, Body Type, Engine, Fuel, Transmission Type, Number of transmission gears, VIN, DAT Code, DAT container, Mileage, Registration Date, Plate Number, External Reference Id, Colors.
You are able to view or add Equipment and Technical specifications, using the Display specs button if needed.
You click "Save" to apply changes or "Cancel" to close without saving.
You are able to re-identify the vehicle using DAT update.
You are able to update vehicle status manually from the top bar (e.g., Regional compound, On Hold), with changes recorded in history for tracking and customer updates.
You view history tab with all events, statuses, case statuses, geo tracking.
You view images tab to see uploaded photos, download all, or upload new ones via Upload/Carchecks tabs.
You view vehicle tracking on the map, show all locations.
You view vehicle place to add/remove places (e.g., Clutch Ride Vroom - Repair Shop, Fleet Car - Transfer), add contacts (name, email, place).
You view contract tab to add contracts if none available.
You view documents tab to upload new files, download/merge/delete selected, or see list with names/dates.
You view vehicle cases tab to see ongoing/previous cases with process, status, customer, order type, AI detections, simplechecks, damages, damage price; use Compare Cases, Full Overview, New Case.
You are able to filter cases by tags or status.
You click "New Vehicle" to add a new entry, enter VIN/license plate/country code in the popup, search or create, then save.
